F-150 with Ecoboost

If he hits 30 MPG with that thing I am saving up for new gears...
Ford sponsored a hypermiling event, I think the highest anyone got was 32 MPG with a 3.15 rear end. Someone managed 27 MPG with the rear end I have, the secret seems to be driving below 1500 RPM in the top gear

I think what he's aiming for is very doable - even the crazy tall gear ratio I have can get in the mid 20's at 55 MPH, and i'm not even trying hard

I've read other articles over there: Wayne knows how to hypermile, he's gotten several manufactores to lend him vehicles to drive long distance. Hyndia Sonata, Chicago to San Fran on two tanks, Honda CRZ but I don't remember the numbers.
