My favorite wild veggie is purslane. It grew wild in my garden, I saved the seeds and the next year grew a garden full of purslane. Filling my blender with purslane and pure water makes a highly nutritious breakfast drink. It is also quite good in salads. Some people cook it with other food, such as stir fry or rice.
I used to grow quite a lot of mustard greens and ate raw mustard green sandwiches with plenty of water. I will probably grow them again.
