Front wheel Skirt Volvo 940 SW

So the volvo tank is getting 26 27 mpg, I have been flustered trying to design a front skirt for it. I decided to rig up some garden plastic. Here is Volvo Skirt design one. I'll see what it looks like after 60 miles when I go to work on Monday. SC

Rather than that wheel skirt, I'd probably put the effort into a Coro belly pan, with emphasis on the front end.

Use coroplast instead of lawn edging. Then again there's not much wheel gap anyway. It probably doesn't matter too much. Tuft test the body side and see how badly the wheel's disrupting the airflow.
