(FS) '94 protege DX (base)

needing to buy a truck to pull a trailer (of course... right after I get rid of a vehicle more than capable of doing so...)
anyways, Im offering this here first at a lower price than I will be asking for it on CL @ $900.0
the car is in over all good condition, a couple of rust spots on the lower part of the doors, but none of the car's body/frame
no AC (never had it from the factory)
1.8L 5 spd MTX, 127k on it (actual miles)
int is in pretty good shape, but 1 door panel got messed up by previous owner, but is still there and looks ok.
ext has a few bumps n bruises, as you would expect from a 17 yr old car
tires on ok, maybe 50% tread left, but they are tiny (13") I was planning on getting 15" steelies to replace them with at some point down the road.

anyways, there are a few things it will need or could use
needs:
new clutch
front brake pads
could use:
seatbelts (only has waist belts at the moment, shoulder belts are missing the slider mechanism)
the CV boot quite literally just ripped last week, no clicking sound coming from the axle yet, and not sure how long before it will need a new boot and grease repack, or just replace the CV axle as Ive heard it is cheap and easy to do.

pretty solid on the price, Im losing money on it as it is, but might listen to offers.
