FS: Seattle area, Complete D16y5 HX engine

I picked up an Insight so I will be putting my LX back to stock and selling it.

I have a COMPLETE D16y5 HX engine available. This is 100% complete. Engine, Harness, ECU, sensors, EVERYTHING.

It runs like a top. Before installing it in my LX I put all new gaskets and gates full timing belt kit in it.

It will also come with a brand new primary O2 sensor.

It's in the car right now, running, NO CEL, NO issues.

If you want to come hear it run and drive it before buying you are more than welcome to.

If I don't get any interest it will get pulled out and put in my garage and the chance to drive will be missed at that point.

This was a plug and play affair in my 1998 LX 5 speed car. From what I understand it's going to be plug and play in any 1996 to 1998 Civic's as long as they're 5 speed cars. SOME will require tinkering with the fuel tank pressure sensor as some have it, some don't. Mine happened to have it so I had to do NOTHING to make this work perfectly with no codes. It just works.


I am asking $650 obo and that is slightly UNDER what I have into it right now.
