Too bad you are in Florida. I can get an E250 with a wheelchair lift for a good deal here, but that's probably a bigger vehicle than you were looking for. I used to deal with companies that dealt with moving hospital/old age home patients around, and I always found them the best vehicles suited for the task from either the local public transit works yard or taxi companies. A vehicle set up to handle a wheelchair is crazy expensive new, but they have a very low resale value, so if you look in the right place you might luck out. Good luck.

I would be seriuosly jealous of a new charger. I think the v6 and 8 speed are under-rated, in the right hands it should hit 40 mpg on the highway without too much trouble.
