garage issues

I have a couple issues with the garage.
1. i set a car to retired and its still there after almost 2 weeks

2. i adjusted the EPA combined rate to reflect my city only driving habits and it seems to not do anything. does it adjust only after 3 fillups?

Also, it takes a while to reset. Try a hard refresh

oh the car doesnt appear on my posts, but its still in my garage.
also im talking abou the fuel log. it still says 14mpg for the jeep which is prior to adjusting to 12 mpg.
