I am the most indecisive person in the world. I cannot decide what I want or need. So i was driving by the dealer today and looking at pre-owned jettas, some good deals.

Right now the regular 2.0 jetta is said to get 25 city 40 highway, the 2.5 and 2.0T not far behind at 23.5city, the tdi 40 city and 60hwy but I cant justify the extra 10G to go diesel, even on a used one

ANybody havs a 08 or newergas or 06 newer tdi? reviews? when did the diesels have a drasic FE increase?

the new TDi s do not get 60mpg on the highway when driven as most drivers drive , many users claim less than 40mpg on the highway
you should expect around low 40s in the summer time on stock jetta TDi s with the DSG transmission , a little better with the 6sp standard trans

in as sold condition without any modifications ,
also.
you must use only VW spec 507 engine oils or you will kill the particulate trap with ash deposits
