I thought there was 1 that was complete 1 didn't get crushed.
Didn't know there were parts available.

There are several still floating around. At least 1 is in GM's collection (I've seen it on display at the LeMay Museum, along with an Impact concept car), there's one at Missouri University of Science and Technology, and according to Green Car Reports, around 40 others out there at museums and universities.

If you had a volt with a damaged roof you could reshell it , EV1 even has the tunnel for the volt battery
