I've always wanted to see computer adjustable wings that reduce downforce when traction is not needed, and increase it when it is.
Even better, I'd like to see rudders to fly the car around corners rather than rely entirely on wheel grip.

Those exist, but only on very expensive cars. I think there was a thread a while back where I posted of bunch of cars that had active spoilers or wings (edit: found it!). Add to that list the Ford GT discussed in that thread, Pagani Huayra, and Lamborghini Huracan Performante, which uses ducted airflow through its wing to alter downforce side-to-side. Also, the Aston Martin DB11 uses a ducted slot called an AeroBlade as a virtual spoiler, by spitting a sheet of air normal to the body surface after the rear window. I don't think that one can be turned off, but the plate in front of it may be movable to alter the angle of the windsheet.

I've seen a rear wing on a race sedan( Porsche I think it might have been) it would raise the end of the wing whos tire needed more down force and lowered the other(out side) as weight transfer is providing enough tractive down force. It had a very complex algorithm that took into account steering angle , throttle/brake, speed and more to adjust the hight, pitch, and angle .
Darco said my canopy on my 91 brick , I mean Dodge will develop 12# of lift @200mph. Not that I'll see those speeds.

I thought I'd find it by doing a YouTube search for "aerodynamic appliances"... Fail.
