Greetings Community

Greetings fellow hypermilers,

I am new to this forum and the proud owner of a 2001 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro with Tiptronic transmission.

I am looking to modify it to be more aerodynamic and consume less fuel (mechanically/electrically).

I know for aerodynamics it is possible to purchase skinnier tires, construct a wing for the windshield wipers, delete side mirrors (not possible where I live) and also replace the grill with a flat plastic. For the grille replacement, does it allow enough air to get through for the fans?

I was also wondering if there are any mechanical/electrical components that could be adjusted or installed to improve my fuel efficiency?

Thank you in advance,
Nick
