Seriously this is a great suggestion, I had never heard of this stuff before.

Aeroheads advice to make sure air has room to spread out behind the grill is great too. It makes a lot of sense if you think about it, but if it isn't considered, you probably wouldn't think of it on your own.

Also, when blocking a grill, you want to start from the top down and the sides in. You want to push the air over the top and sides as much as possible for the best aerodynamics.
