Ground hugging aerodynamics?!!

Ironically, the concept might have been done by one of MY favorite contemporary designers, Jason Castriota. Automotive builder/supplier, Porsche/ Fisker builder & Finnish company, Valmet Automotive, created this electric vehicle concept to show their EV tech. People still scratching their heads, could be a hovercraft?

It's strange, but I like it (as a design exercise).

It's no hovercraft, but if the shell is light enough, I can turn it into one for you.

It would certainly need active suspension to have a chance on real streets and roadways.
