has anyone converted the L1H1 to Bosch LSU 4.2?

i am looking to convert my conventional l1h1 LAF sensor to cheaper bosch lsu4.2 sensor. has anyone tried this and what was their solution? the only problem i have found is that i cant find the linear values for the two of them.

would a bosch lsu4.2 work if i wired it up correctly to the sensor harness without the wideband controller? or thru the wideband controller then output the signal to the ecu and added a resistor between the heater wires?

my goal is to trick the ecu into thinking the wideband is heated 24/7 with the output voltage of the bosch LSU relayed to the ECU to variate the AFR to the desired level.

what i have read is 2.5v is stoich for the L1H1 (helms manual states 2.7V between ecu outputs?...) and the voltage range is .3v-4.9v according to helms (which is nominal for a typical wideband Sensor.

if anyone knows the input and output voltage ranges, and nominal rates, please do tell. if this goes correctly, i might have a MUCH nicer alternative to not only the ridiculous pricing of the L1H1 sensor, but to knowing the AFR of this lean burning engine. thanks - mitch.
