@Old Mechanic, I also have uninsured motorist. Way to many people here in CA drive without insurance (I personally know 4 people who don't).

After reading Old Mech and Cobb's comments it adds to my list of observations about VA being a weird state regarding vehicle and traffic law.

And there's also those license plates with the odd looking typeface of numbers and letters...
