I think you can just cut two slits into the HGB about an inch apart on the sides and the center, then thread a velcro strap through a slit, then wrap it around the plastic grille fins and then feed it back out. Then fold the straps over each other to secure.

Here's a rough sketch:

The blue bars on the side view is the bumper.

Great Idea Bob ,nice and simple. I have been looking for a local Prius to do final adjustments to the product I also have some sample plugs coming from a manufacture.
It is slow going when when I have to wait for parts and such. Dan I will be sending yours out next week I just really need some help with the final product and it takes time. I do not want to release a product to soon and incur criticism.
