Reduction to 0.30 Cd? Or reduction by 0.05?

0.30 is 6/7 of 0.35, or 8.57%. It's still early for me — I'm having trouble reducing a number less than 1 (need coffee) by 5%, but wouldn't it be a difference of ~0.016? So with half going to aero and half to rolling resistance, maybe 1%? But then I confuse easily.

But that's a better rendition of that chart than the one I'd seen that looked like it was a phone book in front of a webcam, so thanks for that.
