Here's the commuter I want!

No grill blocks or air-dams. Belly pan is integral. No plug in charging or gas station stops. Only enough room for the groceries you will be able to consume and still fit inside this thing.

...looks like a 3-wheeled version of the GM-sponsored "Sun Raycer" of years ago! Raced in the Solar Challenge across Australia as I vaguely recall.

...back then, Hughes Electronics helped work on the power-conversion electronics in the "Sun Raycer." It was displayed here in Tucson, AZ, after the race in Australia.
