Hi from $11 a gallon land
Hi I have been lurking for a while and have picked up a few good tips.
I drive a Fiat Panda Diesel and get 60 US mpg here in England.

Welcome to the site. Is that $11 for diesel or petro? Ouch! We don't the Panda in the US to fuel effecient. Any Pics so to look at.

Here is a link to the UK Fiat site featuring the Panda http://www.fiat.co.uk/Showroom/?camp...showroom/panda (I am hopeless at posting pics on forums).Since I bought mine a year ago Fiat have launched another small car called the Fiat 500 which uses the same floor pan and mechanicals and will be launched in the US in the future.

No, I think it is because the EPA has a thingy about soot particles.
