Thumbs up High Res. Probe IV pictures

I found some good high res images posted here :

1983 Ford Probe IV Concept - GM Inside News Forum

The car now sits in front of Gullo Ford-Mercury in Conroe, Texas - not too far from Houston.

I found it interesting that the car seems to have been designed back wards.

Looking at the fourth image down, you can see how that the car is a reverse teardrop.
There is very little boat tailing, and I have to wonder how that the air reacts to those grates that hide the tail lights.
Also of note are the rounded edges at the rear, versus a sharp cutoff.
All of this is meaningless though, since it all worked - the car has a .152 Cd.
( Although I have to wonder if this is the combined effect of things such as the under body, the wheel skirts, lack of a grill etc. It would seem that Ford could have done much better if they simply concentrated more on the rear of the car. )

All the images of the stellar Probe V that Ihave seen are small low res images taken in low light. If anyone has any good images of the car, please post them !

..except for the bus-type grilles across the aft-corners, it's a nice clean design.

By 1985, the Probe V (Ghia) had a much smoother shape.

See the photos here.

Yup. I keep coming across the same four or five images of that car.
Anyone know where we can see some good high res images of the Probe V ?

( Preferably outdoor images or ones that you can actually see the details of the car )

Anyone know the whereabouts of the Probe V ? I know it went up for auction, but I don't know where it ended up at.
