Hey there, my name's Anthony and I'm from near sunny Leicester (!) in the UK.
My old Alfa has been pretty much dormant for the past two years while I was overseas on a backpacking trip, and then I've been short of cash to get it back on the road. I did consider getting rid of it, since the fuel economy is dire (~25 mpg UK, 21 mpg US) and this sort of thing is more important to me now. However after reading up on stuff like Ecomodder I am going to give it another chance and see what's capable with a few tweaks!
I do very little driving now, since my commute to work is just a twenty minute walk. I will occasionally be doing a 100 mile drive down to London so that will be useful for long cruise tests
but otherwise feedback from mods will be a bit slow.
There looks to be some great information on here so it is a general interest for me, not just fuel-saving. Where else can you find aero stat comparisons, hobbyist CFD imagery, custom instrumentation, not to mention bonkers boat-tail mods?
