Homemade fiberglass car/tricycle

A visitor stopped by my place of employment and he was driving a very interesting vehicle. It was made in the mid 90s. He bought it from the guy that made it. It has a fiberglass body with some steel support. The engine is a 90hp Subaru with a carburetor. He says he getting about mid 40's mpg. I'd like to see what it can do with a better engine. He has it classified as a motorcycle. It's light enough that one person can lift the back end of the car up.

Thought you guys would like it.
