Honda Civic CD drop

I have 4dr 1997 Honda Civic and I'm interested in lowering CD. What CD is possible to achieve with full grill block, lowering the car 2", antenna block off, adding under tray and doing something with wipers (probably delete). I believe stock coefficient is 0.33.

Is it possible to get 0.28-0.27 without boat tail?

Kammback, external mirrors delete, moon wheel covers, rear wheel skirts.

And good luck with lowering CD.

And first of all welcome to the forum
