It's neat. But yes, I personally think it's too much, but I have been wrong before. I get the rust free, one owner appeal, but if I was going to ask $6000 for a 21 year old Civic, I'd at least get a cheapo repaint on the roof, hood, and bumpers, and get a paintless dent repair guy to walk around it. It's not like an original paint '70 Cuda or something where it's worth more in original condition, at that price point for an economy car a buyer is going to want a car that doesn't need any immediate work and looks decent. But if gas prices jumped tomorrow he could probably ask more, and might get it.
