How does Black Panther punch anyone or run?
Captain America's shield is vibranium and deflected Thor's hammer. Apparently Captain America jumps off planes and lands on his shield. Black Panther absorbed a bullet from point-blank range. If he punched someone, his glove would just absorb the force, and so would his boots when he ran.

It's comic book logic; you can't think about any of it or it all falls apart.
If Black Panther's suit "absorbs" all kinetic energy, when he punched it in the lab it wouldn't have moved.
If Cap's shield is made of vibranium which "absorbs all vibration," it wouldn't make a sound, ever.
And on and on....
