It seems that the "ultimate" shape seems to try to eliminate the high pressure zone at the base of the windshield. I wonder what the Cd is on that shape?

Well...it's "The ultimate shape?", note the question mark.

With a little bit of research I found this.

It was probably the ultimate shape for a "realistic" notchback car design back then.

Here are some other interesting concept designs from 1983. From top to bottom the CDs are .15, .23, .14

This vehicle looks to me like a 4-wheel Aptera. It has similarities (not surprisingly).
