Ultimate shape on page 20 is very interesting and counter intuitive.

It seems that the "ultimate" shape seems to try to eliminate the high pressure zone at the base of the windshield. I wonder what the Cd is on that shape?

Well...it's "The ultimate shape?", note the question mark.

With a little bit of research I found this.

It was probably the ultimate shape for a "realistic" notchback car design back then.

70's cars were square, the era that defined the 3 box.

This vehicle looks to me like a 4-wheel Aptera. It has similarities (not surprisingly).
