Hypermiling while towing

I know it is a bit of a contradiction, but at the end of the month we are taking our caravan to Norfolk (UK), which is a trip of about 250 miles on mainly motorways. Normally we use the caravan for weekends away locally, within 10-15 miles of home, and so I am not too fussed about economy, but this is a 500 mile round trip.

I like to think my driving style is economical (I set my best drive to work average this morning of 64.7mpg ), but wondered if there is an specific advice when it comes to towing what is essentially a big, heavy aerodynamic nightmare?

My current plan is to keep to my normal style, stick to about 56 (so I don't upset lorries and force them to overtake), attempt DWL whenever possible (although the caravan really slows the car down very quickly on any sort of gradient), and travel outside of peak times.
