I am back with a new car

My commute has increased to 75mi per day and the wife and I have switched cars. As my Contour SVT was getting horrid mileage. The best I could eek out even with spout of EOC and driving slower than semis was 27.3mpg.

Well I now have a 99 accord lx. 2.3 F23A goodness. Over the past couple of days I have managed above 40mpg for my commute both ways. Pulse and draft for semis has been great. Commute in the morning is always worse because I am climbing hills the whole way into town. I am looking to get 500 miles to a tank. I hit 328 or 330 right at half tank so it's looking promising.

5/20
M:39.6mpg
E:44.6mpg
5/21
M:42.1mpg
E:?

Welcome back. That is quite the jump up in mileage. Also respectable mileage for an Accord, nicely done. You should start a fuel log here for the new car.

I am embarrassed to admit this but I can't find where to start one on here. I would love to.

I just topped 44.1 MPG for my morning commute and I am 530 or 560 miles for the tank. It would be great to track my progress.

No problem at all. Click Garage (at the top of the page) -> fuel log (right of unsure yet) -> Add another fuel log entry for this vehicle. Then just fill out the info and you got a fuel log started. Just do one entry for each time you fill up.
