Ummm the hotbox is rightly named.
This difficulty with cab forward is only when the engine wants to inhabit somewhere else during a frontal accident. Long noses, the power train tends to go underneath your seating.

RWD is the standard for 2WD versions of those Kia cabovers, but this one is 4WD
AFAIK there were some units of the Tempo Matador imported to Brazil, yet I have never seen one. The only FWD cabover I remember seeing a reasonable amount, even considered buying one, was a Spanish Mercedes-Benz, but it had the engine in front of the transaxle, with a doghouse similar to those old-school American full-size vans, and only 2 seats.
