This type is a single IGBT, there are other models with dual IGBT devices in the same package like THIS one

No yet and I do not think we will ever reach the second discount tier in one single order very soon, but I keep my hopes.
Eventually, we will be a bunch of DIY with a P&S motor controller IGBT based with faces............
