The thumb button (90 degrees) and the top one need to be momentary buttons, they will control the regenerating and the injector kill.
Sorry, thought I had PMed you that info, and thanks for the work you've put into it!

No problem and you're welcome. Its been fun working on these things and switching it is no big deal.
What switches do you need (NC/NO) for the thumb and forward buttons?

I need the top one (brake regen) to be normally off, so when I press it I get full regeneration with brake lights.
The kill switch I guess Balto or Ecky will have to chime in on. I have exactly the same set-up as Balto, except I have a pop-up on/off button i.l.o. a momentary button, so I'm not sure what kind of momentary it would need since there's a relay involved and I know practically zero about anything electrical.

Daox that's just amazing idea to 3D print parts for EM cars...

Daox, Theres a MILLION things you can make with that.
1. Intake spacers
2. Differential mount bushings
3. Transmission mount bushings
4. power steering rack bushings
5. Engine mounts
6. wheel spacers
7. Subframe bushings
8. throttle body adapters
tons of other bushings I just don't know what the 3d printer can and can't do. But most of those are solid block with holes type applications. I couldnt see them being an issue
You could make those for 240sx evo sti wrx audi 2.0t bmw 335i g35/350z
Wheel spacers would be SUPER easy to start with. Plus have the biggest market since they would be pattern specific not car specific
Do one run of 50-100 parts each and be done with it. Have people send you accurate measurements of parts needed and send them a free part in return.
You could google all the info to make spacers today.

Its really endless. I saw a guy at a truck show that had a plasma cutter on a xy table and sold cut outs of trucks, homes, anything you wanted. Some people would paint, some would attach to a fence or use as a sign. A fire fighter purchased a fire truck cut out.
Another guy had a vinyl cutter and was making signs. Basically it just cut out stickers like and he would stick one on top another to make the sign.

It needs to be a normally open switch, or N/O. I would LOVE to have this for my car as well.

Great Job
Great Job on the 3D printing of your spacer. I myself have started printing things using my CTC Dual Extruder 3D printer. Mine can print in both PLA and ABS but I have problems with larger parts printing without warping with ABS so I mainly use PLA. I have been printing things like knobs, brackets, and such for my truck so far. I am leary of printing engine parts because the heat involved may melt the plastic. PLA and ABS have a melting point of 230c (446 f) so maybe items that are not in that temperature range may work well. Anything close to the exhaust may be an issue though.

Instead of making those you can get regular mooneye hubcaps for any vehicle...
They offer them in any size needed. Kinda pricey but they are very good quality. I bought a set for my 95 geo and then moved them to two different cars over the years.
