Ingrateous Chrysler workers

You'd think if you're working at Chrysler you'd be happy just to have a job. Well, apparently thats completely wrong. I'm sure its not everyone, but they claim they found DOZENS of workers "drinking beer and smoking joints while on a half-hour lunch break at a nearby park", and before work! Wow, I'm glad we bailed out these hard working people...

I saw that yesterday, and I also happened to meet a woman who has a Chrysler and was asking me about a serious problem it had.

Used to be the "Monday and Friday" cars were the ones with the problems; now it's the "Monday through Friday after lunch" cars.

Don't forget, I highly doubt that is how the entire crew runs. It's probably just a tiny group inside the factory that decided to get together there at the park and it was their new hang out spot. Those are only maybe 10 people out of a factory employing hundreds. Of course you're going to have a few work buddies think its ok to get a buzz in a factory that size.

Not that it is, but just keeping it in perspective, the video seems to criticize obama for bailing the place out while assuming everyone that works there is stoned off their ass.

I have a friend who raves about dodge/chrysler quality....the other thing he talks about is how much he has to spend at the dealer getting his dodge fixed!!!!

I wonder if he would whistle the same tune after seeing this?

Who cares if they are smoking or drinking? In a park in detroit no less? I only care that they are making crap cars. Anyone wanna guess how high the fox news staff is on average?

I'm just gonna say that I don't really care that they were getting high or drinking... Doesn't bother me one bit. Hell, I've been on roofs in the hot sun with a beer and a joint (back in the day... back in the day) laying down tar paper and shingles. It's not nearly as big of a deal as people make it.

However - They do make some pretty crappy cars these days.

Maybe the problem is that they're not smoking/drinking enough?
