[Interest Check]2003 Honda Civic Hybrid in city of Chicago

I have a light blue 2003 HCH with a manual transmission that I am looking to get rid of in the next month or two. This cas 201k Miles on it currently

The car is not in the greatest shape, but does run and drive. It might might be good as a project car or for parts in a rebuild. The front end has a shimmy at high speeds and over rough roads. I have not had this looked at, so it may just be struts/shocks but could possibly be cv joints or a tie rod issue. The ECU is throwing an IMA code due to the battery failing. Brakes, engine and transmisison are all in working order, however. The front and rear bumpers are both in poor shape, some quarter-panels are dented and the rear lights are cracked. The release switch for the trunk and gas cap is also not functioning.
