Taking about charging at work, I work a 10.5 hour day 4 days a week. Even just plugging in to a 120v wall outlet would give me 200 miles of range a week. The commute is only 10 miles a week total. That would be lots of free weekend drive time for me.

Also why I really don't care my v8 Ram gets 11 mpg doing it. Still less than $3.50 a week.

Yes I definitely appreciate the free electricity at work- pretty much cancels out the tolls I pay to get to work actually. I bought this car specifically for this commute, 65 miles each way three or four times a week on average-but this car has delivered. Downside is I’m approaching 15,000 miles since buying the car new in late January…
