iTunes and iCloud suck passwords never work
I rarely go to iCloud but when I do I don’t remember my password
Try to reset it on the iPhone and it never works, keeps saying my passcode is wrong even though I use it everyday, results in being on a help line hours every time I have to get in there
Wish there was a better way

Better, in my opinion, is non-Apple products.
I too have struggled with those passwords due to their enforcing more complexity than I use with my standardized passwords, resulting in me forgetting what it is.

There is a better way - write down your username and password so you don't forget it.

According to OP, it's PEBCAK

PEBCAK (problem exists between chair and keyboard)
PEBCAK, one of many terms used in Internet chatting, stands for "problem exists between chair and keyboard," meaning it's a problem in user understanding or behavior rather than something wrong with hardware or software. The term is sometimes used by help desk people since it's a common class of problems.

Pebcak is also used when the interface is obscure and management is cost concious enough to terminate tech support.

I have done that on past iPhones and my password still doesn’t work.
Screen shared with help and they claim to have never seen my issue where the passcode I use for the device doesn’t match the one to reset the password

Recently had a problem with an application were if I was logged out wouldn't let me back in. Reset the pass word to same it would let me back in until I got logged out. Repeat. Turns out it would let me reset the password with a non-compliant password. Changed it and has been working every since.
Thought about using a password vault.
