Out of curiosity, as the other pics in the thread aren't showing, are there other images of the aero cap for the MJ beyond the one in the above post?

Hi yes I have more pics, and I still have the cover, I have not tossed it out yet, so if anyone wants it free, come and get it. I got so many compliments on the road with that thing. People thought the truck was a race car (which is what it was to become), others knew right away that this made it far more aerodynamic. People stopped to take photos. A cop in NYC came over to me just to let me know that the cover looked great and was a great idea.

BTW this thing is also easily paintable. I was going to match the paint to the truck before our plans changed.

I would love to take this off your hands, but I am on the wrong coast and don't foresee a trip anytime soon.

It does, however, give me plenty of fuel for a similar build of my own. Did you use any kind of flashing or sealant where the coroplast panels went together or where the windows were riveted to prevent leaks in to the bed?

The small gurney flap is a nice addition to it as well- 3/8"?

No its not weather proof. It would take a good amount more effort to make it waterproof, it does prevent water from coming straight in, but if something cannot get wet I would not put it back there.

May be able to unload the aero cap on comancheclub; there's plenty of guys in the NE that could come by to pick it up since the price is right?
