Huh? No fuel consumption instrumentation while you were driving?

I'm surprised that wasn't part of their program.

Maybe they considered the additional attention it might require to be too much for people getting into unfamiliar cars and going out into LA traffic....

Most of the cars they work with have instantaneous built in, they said, but this one only had trip. I think their goal is to teach people things without turning them off with expensive gadgets or what have you. *shrug*
