Alright so I guess to conclude the thread, don't bother adjusting the narrowband switching if you trust that I earned that A in chemistry class...


The correct way to bias your car lean is to get a wideband controller, connect the simulated narrowband output to the ECU's front sensor input, and then put in a resistor + capacitor and connect that to the ECU's rear sensor input as such:


Total cost: ~100/bank = $90 for something like a WB D1 kit + few bucks for capacitor, resistor, and wires, epoxy.

Also a few minutes of soldering and crimping, plus tapping into a 12V source that is switched with the ignition, and finding somewhere to mount the controller.
