Today Scott Adams offered a white board presentation on levels of awareness, for the new-born innocent to a being that can author their way through a hypothesized simulation:

Spoiler in white, highlight to read:
Innocent>Truther>Victim>Skeptic>Strategist>Author: I've always used Timothy Leary's four terrestrial circuits, or
Arthur M. Young's Reflexive Universe, but this is an interesting frame.
You can look at the posters on this board and sort them into the schema.
Sabine Hossenelder on Simulation Theory:
Edit: So I've watched the video.
Part of the problem that you can't simulate anything on present-day computers, IMHO, is that the calculations are done in a Cartesian Coordinate system, when physical reality is done Synergetically.
Quote:
Synergetics
Synergetics is the name R. Buckminster Fuller gave to a field of study and inventive language he pioneered, the empirical study of systems in transformation, with an emphasis on whole system behaviors unpredicted by the behavior of any components in isolation.Wikipedia
