Hi,

I am also considering Lite-Brake, SCA brake:
They have developped an aluminum brake roter, with steel cladding.
It looks very interesting, since it is rotational, unsprung mass.

litebrake.com -> Brake rotor.

However, for the past two months I have been unable to contact them...
No response to e-mails. I a called their telephone number (looked up from
the dns register) and I got something like 'the voice mailbox is full'

Is there someone in the U.S.A. who knows about the company?
It looks as if they have disappeared from the planet.
Their webshop is on-line, but without answers to e-mail I have hard time
convincing myself to place an order.

Are they (going) out of bussines?

Greetings!

From what I am reading Vasoline wants a different spare wheel to carry along in the back. Which woud not have any effect on rotating mass. So I was thinking that it was a lot of work for only 2 or maybe 4 kg savings.
