(edit) My '99 Civic HX was stuck in Limp Mode and plagued by so many gremlins that I thought about scrapping it and buying an AMC Gremlin, instead. I've finally found my way through the forest. Along the way, I've dropped a bunch of dough and wasted way too much time. If anyone's looking for clean HX with a bunch of new parts, it might be available soon.
