Not sure what "Canada spec" means since the VX model was made in Canada. It seems to be missing some of the VX accessory items i.e. front lip, rims.

A CDM model meant for CDM. I have a USDM EH2 (1994 Honda Civic DX hatchback) made in Cananda. CX models made for the CDM came with the D15B7 vs the 8 valve D15B8.

If I remember correctly the only year Canada had a VX was 1992. So I believe the "Canada spec" he is referring to is the "Made in Canada" sticker in the engine bay. Although I could be wrong.
