Looking for LRR tires for my wife's MINI

So there is a tire purchase in my imminent future. The wife isn't too into the whole hypermiling thing so I am going to try to ninja in some LRR tires to help her FE.

The tires currently on the MINI are 175/65 R 15 84H

I am not sure what exactly the numbers mean. I think it's outside circumference, inside circumference, wheel diameter. I'm not sure what the 84H on the tire meant though.

Unfortunately you don't have many choices yet BUT that is the OE size tire for the Prius c so I bet more choices will be available before long.

Currently I would suggest:

Best MPG: Bridgestone Ecopia EP422 (65,000 mile warranty)
Best Handling and value = Yokohama AVID Ascend (85,000 mile warranty)

I 'veposted a very extensive review of the AVID Ascend on Priuschat. You can find it via google search for Yokohama AVID Ascend Review.
