Looking for more possibilites

New to the site but have been reading as much as I can about improving my FE. I have a '07 Jeep Patriot, auto, 4x4. Was able to get up to 33 MPG but I was doing EOCs and coasting. And after all the messages I read, I pretty much comfirmed that EOCs not really the best thing for the Jeep and I looking for other possibilities to continue the improvements. I already increased my tire pressure. Not quite ready to drop money on a SG but definitely thinking about it. All advice welcomed. Thanks

Welcome to the site.

The SG is definitly worth it. Other than that, I'd look at a block heater for the upcomming winter, and grill block to also help with heating up time and possibly aero.

You said you've been reading, but we'd be remiss if we didn't point out the 100+ hypermiling tips link at the top of the page. It's a great place to start.
And this link may help you decide to afford a scangauge

Welcome aboard!
