Loud Squeaking sound.

My truck today started squeaking alot. It sounds like it is coming from one of my rear tires. It is really bad and is pretty constant. Could it be a brake pad sticking??? or do you have any other ideas?? also it feels like it might be dragging a bit, but then again that may be me.

I would at least get the wheels off and inspect the brake system and bearings.
