Low rolling resistance 12 inch tires...

I've been browsing around the forum and I haven't been able to find much information regarding low rolling resistance tires for my Metro - are there any low rolling resistance tires out there that are 12 inch?

I would call around to some NEV (Neighborhood Electric Vehicle) dealers and see if they have any in stock, that is how I found 145/70 R13 tires for my electric car, they also happen to be LRR tires, any 12" tires are going to be hard to find.
