Lowest I've seen on my car is 0.08, but only in a very specific circumstance. Otherwise my normal idle is around 0.17 to 0.21.

I haven't personally checked mine, but based on some research (tests done by other people), it should burn around 1.5 gph right after a cold start, settling down to around .65 - .7 at warm idle. With the A/C on at warm idle, it should be around .8 or so. It's certainly a pig when it comes to idle consumption.
