"Typical" loaded dynamic radius is 97% of the unloaded no-load radius. To find this out for yourself simply compare the stated static (unloaded) diameter against the stated revolutions-per-mile and backsolve to find the dynamic loaded radius...it'll typically be about 3% smaller.
