Making a better belly pan

I finally got around to getting some new coroplast today and am making a better belly pan in the front than what i had. Eventually i'm gonna do one for the rear as well.

I remember reading somewhere that someone got worse f/e because it had a parachute affect, so i believe they added a reverse scoop. Will i need one as well to release air coming in so it won't get trapped?

I do have my grills blocked right now, at least for the winter and the top one will remain blocked throughout the summer.
