Materials for grill block:
i want to start doing some aero modifications---grill block, bellypan and partial tonneau. What are some good materials to use(preferably free)?

Practically any kind of plastic or thin metal sheet you can scrounge should work. Even cardboard works- for testing or until it gets wet.
